When it's really, really good and perhaps even better than the year before, do it again, hence "Encore," a repeat of last year's "Tribute" offering, which was dedicated in memory of my late father, Robert. 100% Spring Mountain Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Clone 15 & 50% Clone 337. The 2007 vintage is our 31st vintage and quite possibly our best. In these 31 years we have gone through a lot and learned a lot.
