This power-packed, long-finishing wine tasting of dark fruit and spice, with a rounded mouth feel is made from the 2007 vintage of 58% Petit Verdot, 37% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Merlot. All the grapes are from our organically farmed hillside estate in Oakville, Emilio's Terrace. It will be oak aged for about two years and bottle aged for 14 months before release.
